Greetings! Important information for October 2022 below with some reminders, a new track and a funny meme.
IMPORTANT INFO FOR OCTOBER
- 10/19 UPDATE: We will be closed to the public 10/20 and 10/21 and re-open 10/24.
- 9/28 IAN STORM UPDATE: We will be closed to the public 9/28 and 9/28 due to increased impact from storm Ian.
- 9/27 IAN STORM UPDATE: We plan on remaining open Wed 9/28, Thu 9/29 and Fri 9/30 but are monitoring the path of the storm Ian. We will send another TXT notification should our plan change.
- We will be closed to the public Monday 10/3 through Thursday 10/6. If you have supplements or prescriptions to pick up, please stop by Friday 9/30, 1pm.
- Secure TXT and Emails expire after 48 hours. If there is a document (scripts, orders, results, etc.), we recommend downloading the document when you receive the TXT or Email to ensure it is on your phone or computer. If 48 hours have passed and the link expired, simply call 321-895-3017 or TXT us 321-395-5529 to ask for the link to be resent.
- Due to max capacity, we are still not accepting new patients.
- Prescription refills: Please reach out to your pharmacy to initiate any Rx refill requests.
- To reschedule / cancel appointments: Please provide 2 business days advance notice to avoid the late notice fee.
