Instructions for Phone / Video Consultations

During the Corona-virus situation, SUPER WOMEN'S HEALTH is offering phone / video consultations to ensure safety for all and continuity of health care for our patients.

3 OPTIONS DEPENDING ON THE DEVICE / OS PATIENTS USE:

ANDROID PHONE USERS

Please download the Google Duo app from the Google Play store if you do not already have it.

You will receive a phone call from our company main phone number 321-895-3017.  We recommend you add this number to your contact list so it shows in your caller ID when you receive the consultation call from Karine.

IPHONE & IPAD USERS

Please download the Facetime app from the App store if you do not already have it.

You will receive a phone call from our company main phone number 321-895-3017.  We recommend you add this number to your contact list so it shows in your caller ID when you receive the consultation call from Karine.

PC USERS

You will receive a meeting invite via email. Please click the “Yes” button to accept it. Then, when it’s time for your meeting, click the link in the email invite to join.  Alternatively, you can go to: https://meet.google.com and enter the meeting ID found in the email invite.  You can use your PC speakers and microphone if equipped. Otherwise, please join the audio portion by dialing the number in the email.

If prompted, you may have to download the Google Hangouts Meet extension for Chrome.

We use G Suite, a paid and HIPAA compliant cloud solution from Google.
