Brand new for 2022, this Garmin Venu 2 Plus comes with a 43 mm body like the original Venu watch. The main upgrade compared to the Venu 2 is the addition of a speaker and a microphone, which does two things:

WRIST-BASED HEART RATE
As with the previous generation, this new Venu 2 Plus monitors your heart rate and alerts you if it stays too high or too low while you’re at rest. It also helps gauge how hard you work during activities even underwater.
PULSE OX SENSOR
Use the Pulse Ox sensor to spot check your blood oxygen saturation at any point during the day, or for part of the night as you sleep, to show how well your body is absorbing oxygen. In the current context, it is a good idea to make sure your system is getting the right amount of oxygen, which can impact the immune system.
STRESS TRACKING
As we all know, stress can be a good thing. However, chronic stress can negatively impact someone's health. It reduces the immune system's ability to fight off antigens.
